Blue View Cannes is a 40 m² one-bedroom apartment rented in its entirety, able to accommodate 4 people during Cannes trade shows and congresses. It is located in the Villa Francia residence in Cannes, about 10 minutes by car from the Palais des Festivals, and has a sea view balcony, a fitted kitchen, air conditioning, fibre Wi-Fi and secure indoor parking.
Every year Cannes hosts dozens of international business events at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. During those weeks accommodation becomes the pressure point of the trip: hotels sell out months ahead, and rates bear little resemblance to the rest of the year.
Renting a whole apartment changes the arithmetic. Shared between two colleagues, the cost per person becomes reasonable. You get real space to prepare a presentation, a kitchen so you are not eating out every night, a coffee machine in the morning, and a balcony to breathe on after a day on your feet.

A week of trade show is physically demanding: you walk a lot, you talk all day, you eat late. The accommodation should compensate, not add to the fatigue.

Reaching the Palais des Festivals from Villa Francia
Most major Cannes business events are held at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, on the seafront at the western end of the Croisette. The Cannes Yachting Festival, by contrast, spreads across the Vieux Port and Port Canto.
Blue View Cannes is at 33 avenue Amiral Wester Wemyss, 06150 Cannes, 2.9 km from the Palais des Festivals, about 10 minutes by car outside heavy traffic.
The drive, step by step
- Head east on avenue Amiral Wester Wemyss, towards boulevard Leader
- Turn right onto boulevard Leader
- Turn left onto avenue du Docteur Raymond Picaud
- Continue onto rue Georges Clemenceau
- Continue onto rue Félix Faure
- Turn right onto promenade de la Pantiero
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and stay on promenade de la Pantiero
- Continue onto boulevard de la Croisette — the Palais des Festivals is on your right

During the big shows Cannes traffic slows considerably and parking around the Palais becomes difficult: allow extra time. The residence's secure indoor parking does at least spare you hunting for a space on the way back.
Getting to Cannes
- Nice Côte d'Azur airport: 30 to 45 minutes by car via the A8 motorway, Cannes Ouest / Cannes La Bocca exit. Regular bus shuttles and a train connection are also available
- Cannes railway station: 3.2 to 4 km from the residence, about 10 minutes by car, or a local bus from the stop near the residence
- Airport transfer: can be arranged through our partner, supplement paid directly to the provider
- Beaches: 7 minutes on foot, to switch off between two days on the stands

Getting a congress stay right
Book very early
For the big shows, Cannes accommodation is often booked months in advance. The earlier your enquiry arrives, the better the chance your dates are still free.
Allow an extra night
Arriving the day before the opening avoids a journey on the morning itself. Self check-in is available from 5:00 pm, which suits an end-of-day arrival.
Share the apartment
Between two colleagues, the cost per person is far better than a hotel room each. The bedroom is separate and the sofa bed is in the living room.

Can I work from the apartment?
Yes. The apartment has fibre broadband: an nPerf test carried out over Wi-Fi on site on 4 July 2025 measured 1.83 Gbps download, 805 Mbps upload and 17 ms latency. Video calls and large file transfers pose no difficulty. The dining table serves as a workstation.
