The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a hob, a fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. On a long stay that last point genuinely changes things: you cook without dreading the washing-up.

There is no washing machine in the apartment, but the Villa Francia residence provides a shared laundry room with paid washing machines and tumble dryers. A drying rack and an iron with its board are provided in the apartment.
