MIPIM is the international market for property professionals. It is held every year at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes, usually in March, and brings together developers, investors, cities and regions, architects and advisers from around the world.

Note for a stay in March: the Villa Francia pool is open from April to November, so it is not in service during MIPIM. The 5-hectare park, the solarium and its chairs, the tennis courts and the parking all remain available.
Getting to the Palais des Festivals from the apartment
MIPIM takes place at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès on the Cannes seafront, with satellite events spread across the town and around the Vieux Port.
Blue View Cannes is at 33 avenue Amiral Wester Wemyss, 06150 Cannes, 2.9 km from the Palais des Festivals, about 10 minutes by car outside heavy traffic. During MIPIM, allow extra time: Cannes traffic slows markedly and parking around the Palais becomes difficult.
